BBQ Beef Roast

BBQ beef is simple and great tasting!
This recipe was made for brisket, but we found it to work great with a beef chuck roast to make shredded beef BBQ.

Ingredients
- (3 - 4 lbs.) Chuck or Arm Roast
Directions
Steps:
- Make BBQ sauce in crockpot
- Put rub on 3-4 lb roast
- Place roast in crockpot
- Set to low for 10 hours
- After 10 hours, shred beef with fork.
- All ready to place on bread or eat plain.
- Enjoy!
Rub:
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 3/4 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
BBQ Sauce:
- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste re: spiciness)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
