- (1) Pie crust
- (6) Eggs
- (2 handfuls) Bacon ends
- (3 handfuls) Cheese
- (sprinkle) Onion
- (several floras) Broccoli, frozen
- (1/2 C.) Milk
- (to taste) Salt
- (to taste) Pepper
- Fry bacon in skillet and roll out pie crust.
- Place veges and bacon pieces in pie. (I used my handi dandi kitchen scissors to cut the bacon into bits.)
- Mix egg, milk, salt and pepper together.
- Pour egg mixture over pie. Top with cheese.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes at 350°
