This is a frame work for a nutrition packed Quiche. I gave estimates for ingredients as I did not measure and other vegetables and types of cheeses can be substituted. (I think I am going to try substituting cottage cheese for the milk next time for extra protein and creamy center :p). Be creative and use whatever you have on hand and your family enjoys! :)

This is a leaner meatball recipe my family enjoys. We use ground sirloin or ground round, but feel free to use just regular ground beef or do 50/50 ground sirloin and ground pork for a juicier ball!
When I make meatballs, I make a big batch and freeze them in baggies for a quick grab later. In the pictures I am doing 4 recipes.
