Healthy Meatballs
This is a leaner meatball recipe my family enjoys. We use ground sirloin or ground round, but feel free to use just regular ground beef or do 50/50 ground sirloin and ground pork for a juicier ball! When I make meatballs, I make a big batch and freeze them in baggies for a quick grab later. In the pictures I am doing 4 recipes.
